1. Who makes my order?
There is only one person at EZIGN and it's me Ezgi only me. I really work hard to make your experience with EZIGN very special. My only expectation from my customers is to enjoy their items and share the love with others.
2. Can I customize my order?
Yes, definitely, just contact me to discuss further details.
If you've chosen "personalized option" with you camera strap, please leave your personalization text at check out so that I can print a label with it to sew on your strap
3. What's your processing time?
Most of the items you see on this website is made to order by me. Average processing time is around 1wk-10 days. If I need extra time I'll contact you for further details.
4. Who pays the customs?
Buyers are responsible for any extra costs that may occur at the customs.
5. Can I cancel/return my order?
Although I do my best to make you happy with your order, yes you can cancel/return your order. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs after payment. If it's a return pls contact me within 14 working days of arrival.
Buyers are responsible for return postage cost. If you're returning an item from overseas pls mark customs labels (CN22) as return otherwise I will have to pay extra.
