Handmade Sandbag that would help improve your Yoga or Meditation practice and more

As a Yoga teacher and student, I’ve made these sandbags for myself first. They really helped improve my sitting position in Meditation and I also started using them in Shavasana(resting pose) after practice.

Ways to use your sandbag,

• Meditation; helps to release and descend the legs & thighs
• Shavasana(resting pose); just put it on your thighs or chest or even abdomen and enjoy the relaxation
• Restorative Yoga; great for certain restorative poses that requires the use of extra weight
• Strengthening; use it to apply weight to improve your strength training

There is a zipper opening so you can remove the case and wash it when needed.

Easy to carry around with those cotton handles.

Care instructions: Unzip to remove the case first.

Handwash or wash in cold water.

Wash with dark colours only.

Due to the nature of indigo denim fabric the fabric colour may fade onto lighter colour.
